I had a great time attending the Second Blogger Manila Fiesta in SM Cyberzone last weekend.

Though it wasn’t my first time to come up on stage and give a presentation, I felt momentarily terrified to stand in front of you guys. But you were all so terrific and warm. Thank you very much. Thank you for appreciating my talk. I appreciated your response even more.

I received some requests to upload my slides in my blog. But I shall not burden you with them. Instead, I’m giving you the essential points in my presentation:

Why do you blog?

If you do something out of passion, you will never get tired of doing it.

I’ve been writing for more than nine years. I am passionate about it and it is something that I would be doing for several years more. Find your passion. What do you love? Do you love traveling? Do you love music? Blog about the things that you really love and you will realize that you will never run out of things to write about.

Bloggers set the trends and change the trends.

Be confident as a blogger.

Communicate with your audience! But bear in mind that you should always create your own material so that you will always be proud of your blog.

Above all, have fun and make new friends everytime an opportunity arises.
