ALL GLORY AND HONOR BELONG TO GOD

LIVE A POSITIVE LIFE. INFLUENCE OTHERS.
Among all the makeup products I bought from my recent trip to Korea, I’ve only had the chance to really get myself acquainted with the BB Cream and the Itsskin Shimmering cheek color in Sparkling Orange.

All the makeup I brought home with me.
I find the BB cream an amazing alternative to liquid foundation or a makeup primer as it covers slight imperfections cleverly without making me look like I’m all made up.

Of course, you only need to squeeze a pea-size of the product and concentrate on the areas that need ‘covering’. I don’t layer my whole with the BB cream, just a few areas here and there and I blend it thoroughly, making sure that there are no ‘bumps’ on the surface. You can either use your fingertips or your makeup brush when applying the product. Clean hands are of course imperative when you want to use your fingertips for the application of the BB cream.
I layer the BB cream with my favorite Motives cosmetics dual perfection pressed powder which I have previously raved about. The result? a barely there look, a ‘glowing skin’ almost similar to the look that we see on most Korean actresses. Truth is, I’ve never been a fan of BB creams. It was never on my list before I flew to Korea. But when I saw it staring at me from the makeup shelf at an OliveYoung branch, I knew I need to try it.
It doesn’t feel sticky at all and it lasts on my face for at least four hours or so. My skin is acidic, by the way. The kind that makes makeup ‘melt’ after some time.
In this country where it’s often hot and humid, the formula did not make me feel uncomfortable. It also lasted on my face for a good amount of time.
Would I repurchase if the product says goodbye?
You bet I would. (^-^)
The blush is also a delight to use.

It comes with a cute puff instead of the usual brush applicator. Honestly, I use a brush most of the time but I also find it easy to use the puff. Funny but if you ask me which one is better to use - the puff or the brush? I’d say both. ^_^
This is a peach-pink color that is mostly suitable for Asian skins with yellow undertones. It imparts a healthy glow on the skin without making me look like I’m all made up.It has a light sweet scent and it has a nice glittery effect.
Oh, I’m also loving this cute massage roller that I also bought from OliveYoung.
